Screens
We offer projectors, projection screens (small and large), televisions, flat panel displays, and LED screens for indoor or outdoor events.
Lighting
We own and/or rent all types of lighting to make your event shine. Whether it’s a spotlight for a podium, background lights, gobos, moving heads, etc., we can design and run your epic event lighting.
Sound
Public address and live sound systems for spoken voice, music, live bands, and more. Systems can be designed for intimate gatherings or stadium-sized events.
Video
We provide IMAG, video recording, live streaming, video playback, instant replay, and a variety of other video-related services that can be implemented live on the in-person screens and/or on the live stream or broadcast.

Availability
Many of our events and projects are booked months or even a year in advance, so if you have a date selected for your event, please inquire as soon as possible so that we have a greater chance of being available to serve you.
The spring and fall are the busiest seasons for events in this area, with much less demand in summer and winter. If your event falls in the busy season, please contact us sooner rather than later to find out if we’re available to help.
Pricing
Our fees are structured around labor and equipment as the two broad categories of charges. The price will vary based on how many operators/technicians are required to do the job, how much gear is needed on-site, and any other applicable expenses.
