Broadcast-Quality Live Streaming for the Texas Hill Country
When it has to look right, sound right, and never drop — that’s the difference between a webcam on a tripod and a real broadcast. We’ve produced live sports, ceremonies, worship, and corporate events across the Hill Country since 2014, with the multi-camera equipment, the redundancy, and the crew to match. If your audience can’t be in the room, we make sure the stream is the next best thing to being there.
Your event only happens once. The stream has to work the first time.
Most “live streaming” is one camera, one angle, and one thing that can go wrong to take the whole broadcast down. That’s fine for a backyard. It’s not fine for a graduation, a championship game, a memorial service, or a shareholder meeting — moments where the people watching from home care just as much as the people in the seats.
We build broadcasts the way television does: multiple cameras, live switching, on-screen graphics, professional audio, and backup systems running the entire time so a single failure never reaches your viewers. The result is a stream people actually want to watch to the end — not one they tolerate.
That level of production is genuinely hard to do well, which is exactly why so few companies in the region offer it. It’s also why the ones who’ve seen it done right rarely go back.
Live streaming isn’t one service — it’s a different job for every room. Here’s where we do our best work:
Schools & Athletics Friday night football, playoff games, senior nights, graduations, band and theater performances, and school board meetings. We already broadcast for programs across the Hill Country, and we can cover an entire season or your whole events calendar — not just the marquee games. (This is the work we’re best known for. More on it below.)
Government & Public Meetings City council, county commissioners, utility and co-op board meetings, and public hearings. Transparent, reliable, archived streaming that keeps your community informed and your public record complete — on a schedule you can count on month after month.
Churches & Worship Weekly services, funerals, weddings, and special events, streamed with the reverence and reliability they deserve. Whether you need a one-time memorial broadcast or ongoing weekly support, we can scale to fit your congregation and your budget.
Corporate & Conferences Town halls, product launches, annual meetings, training sessions, and multi-day conferences. Hybrid-ready production that reaches your remote employees, customers, and stakeholders with the polish your brand expects — in Kerrville, San Antonio, New Braunfels, or wherever your event lands.
Galas, Nonprofits & Community Events Fundraisers, award ceremonies, festivals, and ticketed livestreams. Extend your reach, open a virtual door for donors and guests who can’t attend in person, and turn a one-night event into content you can use all year.
What “broadcast-quality” actually looks like
Every fall, we produce live high school and college football to a standard most regional companies can’t touch — and it’s the clearest example of what we can bring to your event:
- Multiple camera angles (up to eight), switched live, so viewers see the play from the best seat in the house — not one locked-off wide shot.
- Instant replay, so the big moment gets a second look, just like on TV.
- Live on-screen graphics — scoreboards, lower-thirds, sponsor logos, and titles — built and updated in real time.
- Live commentary and clean, mixed audio, because a broadcast people can’t hear well is a broadcast they leave.
- Integrated sponsor and advertising slots, turning your stream into something that can actually pay for itself.
- Redundant encoding and backup systems, so a dropped connection or a failed piece of gear never becomes a dropped broadcast.
The same production system that runs a stadium on a Friday night scales down to a single-camera council meeting or up to a multi-day conference. You’re not renting equipment — you’re hiring the team that knows how to use it when it counts.
We handle the hard part. You show up to your event.
- We plan the broadcast. We learn your event, scout or spec the venue, and map out cameras, audio, internet, and power before the day arrives — so there are no surprises when it matters.
- We build and test. Our crew arrives early, sets up, and runs a full technical check. By the time your event starts, everything’s already been proven to work.
- We produce it live. Switching, graphics, audio, replay, and monitoring — all handled by experienced operators, all in real time, with backups running the whole way through.
- You keep the recording. After the stream, you get a clean archive to post, share, or repurpose however you like. The event lives on long after the broadcast ends.
Streaming to YouTube, Facebook, a ticketed platform, your own website, or all of them at once — we deliver to wherever your audience already is.
Where we work.
Based in Kerrville and serving the entire Texas Hill Country and beyond — Fredericksburg, Boerne, Comfort, Bandera, Ingram, and out to San Antonio and New Braunfels. Broadcast-quality doesn’t stop at the county line. If your event is within reach, we’ll bring the full production to you.
Trusted since 2014
We’ve spent more than a decade earning the trust of Hill Country schools, churches, utilities, and businesses — the kind of clients who can’t afford for a broadcast to fail.
Straightforward pricing, scaled to your event.
Every broadcast is different, so we quote each one — but here’s a sense of where things start:
- Single-camera streaming (meetings, services, simple events): packages start around $1,000.
- Multi-camera productions (sports, ceremonies, conferences, galas): typically $2,000-$4,000 depending on cameras, crew, and length.
- Ongoing / seasonal coverage (a full sports season, weekly services, recurring meetings): we build custom packages that lower your per-event cost and lock in your dates. Ask about a recurring agreement.
Pricing reflects the equipment, redundancy, and experienced crew a real broadcast requires. If you’ve been quoted dramatically less elsewhere, it’s worth asking what you’re actually getting.
