High quality live streaming can be an expensive affair, both for the client and for the vendor. Significant investments in equipment, subscriptions, labor, and training contribute to the delivery of unsurpassed streaming quality, but also demand reasonable fees to compensate our employees, keep current with equipment and techniques, and pay for the costs of doing business, such as subscriptions to streaming services and content delivery networks.

While we are not the least expensive streaming provider, we’re certainly not the highest priced, either. You’ll find our fees to be reasonably near the median for this level of broadcast quality and experience.

We provide clear and simple pricing to all of our customers in the form of a written cost estimate presented before your event. We will never exceed that cost estimate without clearing the changes with you. For instance, if you add complexity to the broadcast, we will alert you that this could add XYZ extra charges, and will seek confirmation before incurring these additional charges that are above the initial estimate.

Streaming can be as low as $500 for a simple one-camera shoot, up to several thousand dollars for a complicated and labor-intensive event. Please contact us using the form below for a custom estimate for your next event.

Standard Pricing Structure

• Full day, standard crew of 3 staffers: $1,500
• Half day, standard crew of 3 staffers: $750
• Discounted rate for memorial services and funerals during pandemic restrictions: $500 (up to two hours)
• Additional staffers: $250 per person per day (for things like additional camera operators)
• Mileage outside of Kerrville: $1.25 per mile, billed both directions
• Overnight travel and per diem: Approximately $200 per night

These standard costs are applied to most jobs. Special circumstances or unique challenges may require additional staff and/or expenses that are not contemplated here.

A Note About Prep & Editing…

Most live streaming productions don’t require any video editing or extensive preparation work. However, notably, some productions are so complex or require so much advance planning, editing, creation of graphics/animations, rehearsals, walkthroughs, or other consideration that some charges are necessary to facilitate that work. Often, clients say that they won’t need any video editing after the event, but then for various reasons, ask for some post-production or editing work after the fact. This extra work that was not in the original scope must be billed at our standard hourly rates. When an event requires multiple meetings or extensive preparation work, those hours are also billed at our standard rates.

We will always be forthright and honest with you about any additional charges that might be incurred for various requests. But please note that when you receive a cost estimate and a detailed scope of services, anything above and beyond that scope may incur additional charges.
