Weddings

Wedding videography has been a popular service for nearly two decades, but live streaming of weddings has not been in high demand until 2020, thanks to the various restrictions and health concerns about large gatherings. We are here to help. When we offered traditional wedding videography, we filmed over 100 weddings for clients around the state of Texas. Now, we are bringing that experience to the field of live streaming for weddings.

Clients typically desire streaming of the wedding ceremony itself, but not the pre-ceremony events or the reception. We are happy to stream as much or as little of your wedding day as you desire. We have the equipment and manpower to stream from several locations throughout a day, or even at the same time. You tell us what you’d like to stream, and we’ll find a way to make it happen.

Brides and grooms are concerned about the obtrusiveness of live streaming equipment. While we must have cameras placed near the proceedings, the main set of streaming computers and equipment can be placed far away from the ceremony site, hiding us out of sight. And thanks to wireless audio and video technology, we have a lot of freedom to explore the most unobtrusive locations for our gear.

Whereas most live streams want to broadcast to as many people as possible around the country and around the world, private events like weddings tend to be more closely guarded, and we can build your streaming site to be ticketed, password-protected, or otherwise secured to ensure that only those guests that you want to see it will have access.

Do you want to interact with your guests before or after the wedding ceremony? Talk to us about how we can stream your wedding on Zoom or other interactive platforms so that you can converse with your guests throughout the day.

Following the wedding day, your recording will be made available to you electronically, and we can also leave it online as an “on demand” video to watch again and again, if you like. You have complete control over the delivery and sharing of the video after the event ends.

Most wedding day live streaming services will include the following:

  • Setup and testing before any guests arrive
  • Multiple high definition camera angles with human operators
  • Wired and wireless microphones to capture audio
  • Bonus video elements such as drone footage and dynamic camera motion
  • Ability to communicate directly with your online audience, for example, to thank them for attending virtually
  • Recording of the proceedings for future use or editing
  • Dedicated public or private wedding page for your stream
  • Ticketing, registration, or password-protection for the stream
  • Simulcast to Facebook, YouTube, or other site, if desired
  • Custom graphic elements and pre-stream content
  • Cheerful cooperation with your venue management and other vendors, such as photographers
  • Clear and simple pricing structure

Samples

Please note that the sample below is from a “full service” videography package. We currently do not have a publicly available live stream of a wedding ceremony, but hope to have one to share with you in the near future! (Your privacy is paramount, so we would never share a wedding video without permission.) That said, many of these elements can be incorporated into your live stream, such as pre-wedding preparations, venue beauty shots, or post-wedding photography and gatherings.

Pricing

Ceremony-only live streams start at $1,000 plus tax and travel. Larger ceremonies with more than two manned cameras or ceremonies of longer duration may be priced a little higher. See our pricing page for detailed information about how we price live streaming services. Or contact us for a custom quote and to check availability for your wedding day!
