We are so thankful to have been invited to provide live streaming and audiovisual services for the annual Style Show fundraiser with the Christian Women’s Job Corps. This hybrid event required live presentation to in-person attendees on large video screens provided by the hotel as well as an online portal and streaming experience incorporating fundraising elements from GiveSmart. Our team setup three cameras along with multiple wireless microphones inside the banquet hall at the Inn of the Hills. We collaborated with hotel staff to use our own control systems, but to output to their large built-in projection screens and audio speakers.
The show consisted of various in-person speaking parts, pre-recorded videos, music, and two fashion style shows featuring CWJC clients modeling clothing donated by local vendors.
